Britney was patient with me and thorough when answering my questions and providing information.The overall atmosphere was friendly, relaxed and genuine. If you have a dog they welcome them with open arms! Britney offered to watch my dog so I could use the washroom alone which I found considerate.There's dog beds in the waiting room and the employees there are thrilled to see your pet. I love any place that welcomes dogs because I love to bring mine everywhere!

Kelsey arranged a preapproved loan, and since I am in the military, posted to Kingston, anytime I had questions, she was available day and night on her personal cellphone! I have owned more than a dozen vehicles and I have never met a person in the used car industry that has worked as hard or tirelessly as Kelsey did to help me find my dream car! We found the car at a dealership on a Monday and on Friday I drove off the Second Chance lot in my new white Challenger! I cannot thank Kelsey enough, and there are no words that could possibly do justice to how dedicated she was to putting me in my car. Over the course of a month, she found numerous cars, but she knew they were not the right ones for me. But once we found the exact car I was looking for, she made absolutely certain that I would be driving that car by the weekend.
